BRACHIOPLASTY
NEW BODY NEW LIFE
What is a Brachioplasty Surgery?
The Brachioplasty consists in removing the excess of skin and fat of the inner arms that cause saggy arms.
Who is the Ideal Patient?
The ideal candidate for this procedure has a considerable amount of saggy skin, a large amount of fat in the arms, no significant overweight and has a healthy lifestyle.
It is a simple surgery, yet it has evident results that will give the patient a more aesthetic look.
How is it performed?
An incision is made in the inner part of both arms, in order to cut and remove skin and fat excess.
The Lipo Vaser® is an outpatient surgery (also known as ambulatory surgery), which means you can go back home the same day of the procedure.
The surgery lasts around 2 hours and you must be on observation for approximately 4 hours.
Recovery Process
Recovery is around 2 weeks long, and you’ll start seeing final results between 3 and 6 months after the procedure, once your body has completely recovered. You must attend to a check-up consultation 7 days after the procedure.
In order to obtain the expected results, the use of and special garment to bind your body is mandatory during the first 2 months, as well as a special seating pillow for the first 3 weeks. Lymphatic drainage massages are recommended to reduce inflammation in a faster, more precise way.
