What is a Mommy Makeover?
The Mommy Makeover is an integral cosmetic surgery procedure made to correct the most affected body parts for patients that have had an extreme loss of weithg or preagnancies. This procedure involves the most affeted bodyparts: breasts (implants), abdomen, higher back, lower back and buttocks. It’s a procedure that drastically transofrms the body, regaining youth and firmness.

The Mommy Makeover is the ideal procedure for patients who have faced an extreme weight loss, due to preagnancies or extreme diets.
They are 25 years or older, and wish to get rid the most common effects of losing weight or giving birth: saggy breasts and abdomen, stretch marks and unwanted fat.
How is it performed?
This is one of the most wanted procedures due to its drastic results, but also one of the most detailed and complete surgeries to be performed in the Cosmetic Surgery world.
It incorporates the following procedures:
- Breast Implants
- Tummy Tuck: removal of excess of skin in the abdominal area
- iposculpture with Vaser®: Fat removal with Vaser® technology to reshape the body, thanks to its ultrasound technology which destroys the fatty tissues and preserves the rest of tissues. The areas worked may be: abdomen, waist, higher back and lower back.
- BBL: Fat Transfer to the buttocks, for an immediate, notable result.
For the Mommy Makeover, the patient must stay 1 night in the hospital, which means you the patient can go home one day after the procedure is performed.
The surgery lasts around 4 hours and you must be on observation for 1 day.
Recovery is around 2 weeks long, and you’ll start seeing final results between 3 and 6 months after the procedure, once your body has completely recovered. You must attend to a check-up consultation 7 days after the procedure.
In order to obtain the expected results, the use of garment is mandatory during the fist 2 months, as well as a special seating pillow for the first 3 weeks. Lymphatic drainage massages are recommended to reduce inflamation in a faster, more precise way.
