Who is the Ideal Patient?

The ideal patient for this procedure is 18 years or older, and has small amount of fat in the body areas that usually accumulate fat, such as: arms, belly, and back. This patient also eats well and lives a healthy lifestyle.

Usually, the Lipo Vaser® is performed alongside the BBL procedure (Brazilian Butt Lift) for ideal, visible results.

Patients with a large amount of fat are not ideal patients for this surgery since the purpose of this procedure is to define the body and not to lose weight. If a patient with a large amount of fat wishes to reduce size, a Tummy Tuck may be a more accurate procedure.

How is it performed?

This cosmetic surgery procedure consists in the extraction of non-desired fat through Vaser® technology. Thanks to its ultrasound technology, the Lipo Vaser® distroys the fatty tissues at the same time that identifies and takes care of the rest of tissues. The usual areas to be sculpted are: abdomen, waist, higher back and lower back.

The abdomen receives a high-definition treatment to generate a muscular appeareance, creating a 6-pack effect, which can only be achieved with Vaser® technology.

The Lipo Vaser® is an outpatient surgery (also known as ambulatory surgery), which means you can go back home the same day of the procedure.

The surgery lasts around 2 hours and you must be on observation for approximately 4 hours.
